(1) The development status of our country's packaging bottle caps
At present, most of the packaging of liquor, wine, medicinal liquor and beverages in our country is still mainly glass bottles, so many bottle caps are made of aluminum. At present, there are tens of thousands of wine production factories in our country, among which nearly 30 liquor bottle cap production lines can produce nearly 100 kinds of bottle caps, with an output of more than 5 billion. According to relevant experts, our country's defense thief bottle caps will grow at an annual rate of 10%. It is estimated that in 2010, about 15 billion anti-theft bottle caps will be needed, and 53.5-60,000 tons of aluminum plates will be consumed.
At present, due to the fierce competition in the domestic beverage industry, many well-known enterprises are adopting the latest production technology and equipment, so that our country's cap making machinery and plastic bung cap seal production technology have reached the world's advanced level. Such as SACMl, Alcoa, Husky, Demag, Nestal, Engel and other world-renowned cap making machinery have been introduced our country. At the same time, in the field of plastic bottle cap production, the battle between injection molding and compression molding technology has also kicked off. Technical innovation is undoubtedly the driving force for the rapid development of plastic anti-theft covers.
(2) Aluminum anti-theft bottle cap
Aluminum anti-theft bottle caps are exquisitely processed with high-quality special aluminum alloy materials. They are mainly used for packaging wine, beverages (steam and non-steam) and medicines and health products, and can meet special requirements such as high-temperature cooking and sterilization.
Aluminum bottle caps are mostly processed in a production line with a high degree of automation, so the material strength, elongation and dimensional deviation are very strict, otherwise cracks or creases will occur during processing. In order to ensure easy printing after the bottle cap is formed, it is required that the surface of the bottle cap material is flat, free of roll marks, scratches and stains. The alloys generally used are 8011-H14, 3003-H16, etc., and the thickness of the material used is generally 0. 20mm～0.23mm, width is 449mm～796mm. Aluminum bottle cap materials can be produced by hot rolling or continuous casting and rolling, respectively, and cold rolling. At present, the production plants of our country's defense thief cover material mostly use continuous casting and rolling billet, which is better than casting and rolling billet.
(3) Plastic anti-theft bottle cap
The plastic bottle cap has a complex structure and has the function of preventing backflow. Its surface treatment methods are diverse, strong in three-dimensional, and unique in appearance, but its inherent defects cannot be ignored. As the glass bottle adopts a thermoforming process, the size of the bottle mouth has a large error, and it is difficult to achieve a high sealing performance. Relevant packaging experts pointed out that due to strong static electricity, plastic bottle caps tend to absorb dust in the air, and the debris generated during ultrasonic welding is difficult to remove. There is currently no complete solution to the problem of plastic debris on wine pollution. In addition, in order to reduce costs, individual plastic bottle cap manufacturers have mixed the raw materials with fakes, and the sanitary condition is worrying. Because part of the bottle cap is connected with the glass bottle mouth, it is not easy to recycle. Environmental experts believe that its pollution to the natural environment is obvious. In addition, the cost of plastic bottle caps is about double or more than that of aluminum caps.
