White Drum Cap Seal in 2 and 3/4 inch (70mm and 35mm) sizes are the essential metal seal caps for metal containers, from 30L to 210L volumes. They cover on the top side of G2 and G3/4 drum closure, aparted from the external natural and human environment.
XEAL® drum cap seal is made from high grade of tinplate material, following with the international standard specification, the tab seal is expected to be with clear and uniform lacquered on top and bottom faces, consistent flow-in gasket on top corner, and smooth tearing two scored lines. The raw material of drum cap seal is tinplate with thickness of 0.22mm, 0.25mm, 0.28mm, 0.3mm and 0.32mm. Chongyi cares about details of steel plates which are the foundations for producing great barrel cap seals, such as steel brand, pre-treatment, plating and printing, trimming.
Punching into shape needs a precious die mould and equipment for specification accuracy. Monthly maintenance on mould and machine enables our metal tab seal to be less defective and failures in the application.
There will be attached elastic gasket at the inner top corner of the capseal, it is a critical part to prevent the abrasion between 55 gallon drum cap seals and drum closure.
