Concerning the significance of sealing property, the drum closure system becomes the first gate to be examined in a drum. XEAL® barrel closure with its standardized production principles and consistent quality control, is proved as the most crucial drum seal cap for close head drums, plastic drums and metal pails etc.
Steel Drum Closure
XEAL® G2 and G3/4 steel drum closure are treated with zinc plated or epoxy lacquered. The drum plug and drum flange shall be properly riveted by insertion die. Under same standard of ISO-228 thread, the drum plug is screwed tightly along with gasket.
Metal Drum Cap Seal
Made of tinplate material and with flow-in gasket, XEAL® metal tab seal is with G2 and G3/4 standard size for steel drum opening mouth. Metal drum capseals should be installed by compatible drum cap seal crimping tool, and tear up with drum cap seal remove tool.
