The United States Has Launched An Anti-dumping Investigation Into British Cold-rolled Rolls
The US Department of Commerce has identified preliminary dumping margins for a UK exporter of cold-rolled coil, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.
Liberty Performance Steels is alleged to have dumped cold-rolled into the US market ate margin of 8.65% during the review period of 1 September, 2019, through 31August, 2020.
The department is inviting interested parties to comment on the findings. A hearing request must be submitted by 31 July.
AK Steel serves as the petitioner in the case. The company is now a part of Cleveland-Cliffs, having been acquired in 2020.
