Varieties, specifications, quantities, uses and trends of steel drums in Yunnan Province
The main varieties of steel drums in Yunnan Province (the standard is called metal drums, the same below) are: 20 to 200 liters steel drums, 150 liters of yellow phosphorus packaging steel drums, 100 kg and 200 kg calcium carbide packaging steel drums, and 110 liters of solid caustic soda drums. 1-18 steel pails and 5-30 liter gallon drums. In terms of annual output, the maximum output is 150 liters of yellow phosphorus packaging steel drums, and the minimum is 200 liters of steel drums. The specific output of various specifications in 2007 is as follows:
1. 150 liters of yellow phosphorus packaging steel drums, only 850,000 to 900,000 in 2007, high-quality cold-rolled special steel plates, 1.2-1.4mm thick, only used for packaging yellow phosphorus;
2. 200-liter packaging steel drums, with an annual output of about 30,000 to 50,000 pieces, high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with a thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm, and a wide range of uses;
3. 20-50 liter packaging steel drums, with an annual output of 100,000-150,000, high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, 0.7-0.8mm in thickness, used for packaging red scales, chromic anhydride, spices and diesel, etc.;
4. 100 kg and 200 kg calcium carbide packaging steel drums, 120-200 liters, high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, thickness 1.2mm, annual output no more than 5,000;
5. A 200-liter rosin barrel with an annual output of 300,000 pieces, high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, thickness 0.8mm, but this barrel is very simple, mainly produced by the rosin production plant for its own use, and is not included in the management of metal packaging containers;
6. 1-18 liters steel pails, with an annual output of about 300,000 to 400,000 pieces. The thickness of tinplate is 0.18mm～0.38mm. It is used for packaging paints, coatings, zinc powder and other chemical raw materials, lubricating grease, lubricating oil and other petroleum products;
7. 5-30 liter gallon barrels. Recently, the demand for 5-30 liter gallon barrels on the market is about 100,000 to 150,000. A large number of them are purchased from Zhejiang and other places.
