Embedded flange closure system, in accordance with international standard: BS EN ISO 15750-3:2008
1. scope
This standard specifies in detail the structural characteristics, dimensions and surface coating quality of steel barrel embedded flange closure systems.
2. an overview of the
Using mechanical locking metal embedded threaded flange and barrel plug closed, and by other materials or synthetic materials such as plastic, synthetic rubber and other parts, to ensure that the steel drum seal leakage device.
3. Flange and elastic flange liner
3.1 size
The structure and shape of flange and elastic flange liner are shown in Figure A.3 and Figure A.4 below, and the specifications and dimensions are shown in Table A.1.

3.2 Material and structure
The materials used for flanges should meet the requirements of ISO 3573 or ISO3574, and other suitable materials can also be used to meet the requirements of users. The material type of elastic flange liner can be selected according to the agreement between the supplier and the supplier.

4.1 size
Steel barrel plugs and elastic rubber gaskets or thermoplastic gaskets are shown in Figure A.2 and FIGURE A.3 below, and specifications and dimensions are shown in Table A.4. Steel barrel plugs and elastic rubber washers or thermoplastic washers are shown as follows:

4.2 Material and structure
The materials used for barrel plugs should meet the requirements of ISO3573 or ISO3573, and other suitable materials can also be used.
The installation position of the parts embedded in the barrel plug groove shall not be more than 0.5 mm from the center.
Barrel cold washers are made of elastic materials, thermoplastic materials are also suitable. The specific type of elastic material or thermoplastic material can be selected according to the agreement between the supplier.
