Research Progress Of Surface Treatment Technology Of Steel Drums Before Painting

Metal packaging barrels are mainly used in the chemical, petroleum and coating industries, of which the petroleum and chemical industries account for more than 90%. The annual output of metal barrels in my country is about 120-140 million. There are about 800 companies in the country involved in the production of metal barrels. According to the needs of different customers, metal packaging barrels are divided into cold-rolled barrels, high-definition barrels and inner coated barrels. Regardless of the industrial packaging barrel, the processing and production process is basically as shown in Figure 1. The barrel body and lid are produced after the coiled steel is cut, and then pre-treated and painted, and then sent to the customer after passing the test. Among them, the pretreatment plays a role in the production process, and the effect of the pretreatment directly determines the adhesion of the coating and the internal corrosion resistance of the non-inner coating barrel.
